Ahmed Mahfouf, Geoscientist
Mr. Ahmed Mahfouf graduated with a B.Sc. Honours in Geophysics in 1992 from University of Sciences & Technology, Algiers, Algeria. Mr.Mahfouf joined Boyd PetroSearch as a Geoscientist in December 2007. He has Extensive experience in North Africa and West Central Africa Rift System plays. He has expanded his experience to plays in onshore and offshore East Africa.

Sonatrach Exploration Division (Algeria): interpreted structural and stratigraphic 2D and 3D of seismic data of various blocks of the Algerian Sahara in the prolific Berkine Basin (Triassic, Devonian and Ordovician plays)
PSGL-Petroleum services Group Limited - Involved in regional exploration evaluation in North Africa: Algeria, Tunisia and Libya.
Madison PetroGas Ltd. where he evaluated, quantified, risked, and ranked the oil potential of 7 blocks in the Algerian Sahara. Regional exploration evaluations in North Africa, West Central African Rift System (Niger, Chad, and C.A.R basins) and Thies and Louga basins in Senegal.
